The cathedral of Our Lady

The construction of the cathedral was started in 1351, and it lasted for almost 200 years, but was never finished. The cathedral was built in Gothic style, and it's still thought to be one of the finest gothic buildings in Europe. It was originally desinged to have two tower, but only the northern tower was finished. The north tower rises up to 123 meters, and made the cathedral one of the tallest buildings of its time.

Inside the cathedral one can find three massive triptychs painted by P.P. Rubens, and the bronze tomb of Isabella of Bourbon. In addition to these there are many statues and and other notable articles inside the cathedral. The tickets to the cathedral are only 4 for adults.
